Cancellation and return - 

1.You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to approval and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Policy addition - We do not ship out returns or exchanges, we only issue refunds. Please refer to our refund policy for details.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 24 hours of receiving the item. 


Note -

  1. The Images of the items are edited before uploading them on the website. They would differ slightly with respect to the colour shades. Thus this difference,after receiving the product, would not be considered as a damage/defect and would not be applicable for any refund/exchange.
  2. The products are packed firmly and taped before dispatch due to which material folds would be seen, which are not considered as damage/defect.

Refund policy -

1.Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your refund is approved, we will credit the refundable amount into the beneficiary's account within 7-21 working days.
